■3 ： Elucidation of the oceanographic structure and the mechanism of ecosystems of the fishing ground in the central region off the Pacific coast and its adjacent waters.
■4 ： Development of the technology for processing, preservation and quality and safety control of marine products.
■5 ： Socioeconomic study on the relationship between demand and supply, on marketing of marine products and on fisheries business.
